We admit we can make mistakes. Sometimes we are crowded (it can happen at rush hour: lunch, dinner), sometimes the product doesn't come out the way you got used to. For whatever reason, if the ordered product does not meet your expectations, it will be redone and sent to you as soon as possible, along with our apologies. Or, if you prefer, you will get a full refund.
What we ask of you, so that we can correct any error, is to return the non-compliant product to us or, if this is not possible, a picture would be very helpful. Anyone can make mistakes at some point, but we want to learn from ours, so we thank you for your understanding and support in resolving the situation!
